Lease a Bank Guarantee for 1 year and a day from a top bank. Your bank receives a MT-799 or a MT-760.

For a Bank Guarantee of 25-449 Million the Lease Fee is only 4.5 points!!

You must show a bank statement with lease fee before you can obtain a contract.

See our Lease/loan special for information about obtaining a loan on your leased instrument.

In today's financial environment it is difficult to obtain financing no matter what your credit history. The ONLY way that makes sense during these tough financial times is to use cash-backed bank instruments like a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantee (BG), or Certificates of Deposit (CDs) as collateral.

We also can optionally monetize or provide loans against these type of instruments. Some of these loans are non-recourse, and require no collateral other than the instrument itself. For those who want to own them, we also offer SBLCs, BGs, and fresh-cut MTNs for purchase.

When you obtain a bank instrument at a discounted percentage, below the actual face value, it is called a Leased Instrument. Rather than reselling the Leased Instrument for a yield-spread profit, the instrument is leased by the investor, at a rate of well below the face value. This is repeated continuously and within a short period, the original cost is recovered and profits are realized from the Instrument.

Leased Instruments are utilized for various reasons like Credit Enhancement, Trade Programs, and Collateralization for a Loan or to have the Instrument Monetized to Cash for a myriad of projects. It is good that you found us because we lease instruments at a competitive price and can provide, deliver and offer programs that are of value for your projects.

We will now lease using escrow (preferred) or MT103/23 procedures. However, even if we do a MT103/23 we will still require $100,000 to be put into escrow to cover sending a MT-760.

ICBPO and Bank Guarantee Letters are unacceptable fee payment methods. If you're unwilling to escrow the fees upfront, then we can't help you.

  1. Complete a Client Information Sheet and submit it along with a color copy of passport, a bank statement showing capacity to pay the lease fees, and a corporate resolution if applicable.
  2. We then issue a service agreement outlining the contractual term.
  3. Sign and return the service and escrow agreement.
  4. Wire escrow lease fees to the third-party escrow company.
  5. The instrument is then sent by SWIFT to your nominated bank.
  6. Once instrument is received and verified by your bank, instruct escrow agent to release the fees from escrow. For your protection no fees are released until the instrument is verified.
