To make the commercial financing process simpler and more enjoyable, we request information regarding your financing needs and preferences.

Due to the sensitive nature of the information collected as a financial entity, that information is captured as you enter it on our secure server. Then it segregated and accorded special treatment.

Business, personal and financial data that you submit to Pronto Commercial Funding as part of the loan, lease, or factor application and/or servicing process is segregated and used solely for the purposes of providing commercial financial products. Only those Pronto Commercial Funding employees who need to know information about you to provide products or services to you will have access to this information. Personal and financial data will not be disclosed by Pronto Commercial Funding, except as described in the following paragraphs.

When you submit a loan application to us, you should know that as part of processing your application and/or servicing your loan, we collect personal information about you from the following sources:

1. Information received from you on applications and other related forms,

2. Information about your transactions with Pronto Commercial Funding, Inc., Pronto Commercial Funding, Inc.'s affiliates or others, and

3. Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

This additional information is needed as part of the loan, lease, or factor process.

We at Pronto Commercial Funding recognize the sensitivity of the information you provide and, as such, will not share that information (as described above) except to the extent permitted by you or permitted under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (which permits us to share your name, address and facts about your transactions and experiences -- such as your loan payment history -- to the lending institutions we work with. This means that Pronto Commercial Funding, Inc. will not share information about your income or assets with anyone unless we ask for, and receive, your permission.

Except as stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, Pronto Commercial Funding will disclose personal and financial information about you (as described above) with third parties only if you agree that we can. If your application is made jointly, all associated applicants must agree to this information sharing process. Please note that we will not share information regarding your income and assets with any non-affiliate, except as described in the next paragraph.

Pronto Commercial Funding may also share personal and financial information about you (as described above) as permitted by law. Such instances could include (but are not limited to) reports filed with certain government agencies or documents produced in response to a court order or subpoena.

Pronto Commercial Funding maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to comply with federal standards to safeguard your personal and financial information.

Pronto Commercial Funding has established procedures designed to ensure that personal information about you is as accurate and complete as possible, in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. Pronto Commercial Funding will take appropriate steps to investigate your concerns and correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

Former Customers

After you are no longer an active Pronto Commercial Funding, Inc. customer, Pronto Commercial Funding, Inc. will continue to treat information you have provided as if you were still a customer.

Effectiveness of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to inarticleidual consumers. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 3, 2002, and applies to personal and financial information submitted via this website on or after that date.
